Arctelia AI Guidance Service Terms (Draft)

1) Purpose
Arctelia AI Guidance provides reflective guidance and questions based on your
entries, project context, and optional artifacts. It is not a task list and
does not modify your motions or core data.

2) Data Use
When you request AI Guidance, Arctelia may send the following data to an AI
provider for processing:
- The selected Day Entry (notes, motion, evidence of intent)
- Project context and craft metadata
- Linked or recent artifacts
- Optional recent entries
- If enabled, signed image URLs for visual guidance
- If provided, coarse location context (e.g., city or region)

3) Image Processing
If your entry includes image artifacts and you request guidance, Arctelia may
send signed image URLs to the AI provider. These URLs are time-limited and
used only to generate your guidance response.

4) Privacy & Retention
Arctelia does not sell your data. AI providers may retain data according to
their service terms. You control whether guidance is generated by clicking
the guidance button.

5) Limitations
AI Guidance may be incomplete or incorrect. It is meant to support reflection,
not replace judgment or professional advice.

6) Changes
These terms may evolve. Continued use of AI Guidance indicates acceptance of
the latest terms.
